Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and honey in a medium glass bowl.
  2. Mix chow mein noodles and peanuts in a large glass bowl. Set aside.
  3. Place the glass bowl of chocolate over a pot of boiling water to melt chocolate and peanut butter.
  4. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and shiny.
  5. Pour the hot chocolate over the noodle mixture and stir to combine.
  6. While still warm, spoon out individual candies onto wax paper.
  7. Allow to cool and firm up.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set.
