Cook mine, please!

I think I’ve uncovered a disturbing trend. I go to a lot of luncheons and dinners. Sometimes there is a fine cut of steak at these events—my favorite. However, I’m starting to wonder, does anyone actually cook a steak at these events anymore?

When it comes to steak, I am a “medium” guy of long standing. I like for the middle to be pink with juices running clear. I think it’s an absolute crime to grill a fine piece of steak into shoe leather. My wife cares nothing for my opinion on this subject, and she likes her steak well done.

For Butters, it was making sure she didn’t leave the door open and let all of the air conditioning out of the trailer. Although my daughter didn’t have to rough it on her first camping trip, I think she got the idea of how fun it could be.

Big Red Ice Cream

Jul 13, 12 Big Red Ice Cream

By Kelly Bogard

Did you know that Sunday is National Ice Cream Day? Ever since I heard, the same little ditty has been playing in my head. You know the one I’m talking about. “I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!” I don’t know any other way to get it out of my head than to make ice cream.
